Beach Run

Labor Day was spent doing nothing but relaxing. We slept in. We didn't eat breakfast until 10 a.m. We let the kids nap and loaf around. Then we went to the beach. I. love. St. Augustine Beach. I was never much of a beachgoer as a teen. I lived a mile away from it, but never cared to go. This beach is different. It's flat. You can drive on it. It's huge!!!!! The water is like 1/2 a mile from where you park. Okay. I'm exagerrating, but it's far enough. There's plenty of room for the kids to just do......whatever they want. Which means.....I can do whatever I want. Love me some St. Auggie Beach. Here are some videos of the kids from Monday. That's all I got today!

Awww...how relaxing. I love the ocean, but don't get to go much. Mr. Baseball grew up at the beach, so its note really his thing. Good thing we both like the mountains. Glad you had a good day out!

Cute videos...I like the "hey, mom" at the end of the first one.

We only get to see the ocean, like, once every five years. Last time we went, Gabe "couldn't like" the sand, the wind, the ocean... not a fun trip.

We'll have to try it again soon. When gas prices fall, airplane tickets are cheap...

OMG!!! Those kids are growing up so fast.

Looks like you guys had a good day.

I am not really a fan of the sun anymore. It does bad things like give me a rash. The only time I enjoy it anymore is when it's late afternoon and the kids are playing in the water and I'm on the beach reading a book...I can dream can't I?

Thank you for taking me to the beach. I'm jealous. The end.

I love cute kids frolicking in the surf...it makes me happy!

How fun! I dealt with my son getting 5 shots and being crabby the rest of the weekend :-)
