Happy Valentine's Day

I had a great day. Eric came home and got the girls and went to pick Michael up from school. He told me to get ready because he was taking me out. He arranged for a sitter and we decided to stay in Palatka for our date (my idea). Gotta save money where we can. First, we went out to eat at a Chinese Buffet (yum, crab legs). My choice since our movie started 45 minutes later. He was going to take me to see Fool's Gold because he knows I love Matthew. How sacrificial....:) Well, that movie wasn't playing in town and we had a free pass to our local theater, so we saw "Welcome Home, Roscoe Jenkins." It was a mildly entertaining movie. I could've done without the crude, sexual humor and language. Why do they do that? It still would've been a great movie without all that. The father/son relationship was the most touching part about the whole thing. We should've seen "The Spiderwick Chronicles". I felt like laughing tonight. All in all, it was a very nice evening. We always have great talks when we are out alone. We can actually hear ourselves think! How was your V-Day?

Josh and I went out to Sonny's with one of our favorite couples...Stewart and John-Thomas. It was good to just spend time w/them and the BBQ wasn't bad either.

We had leftovers...LOL...well actually Jason fixed me a delicious roast pork dinner with mashed potatoes on Wednesday night...and we had RED LOBSTER after church on Sunday. One of my agents brought me a long stemmed pink rose at work. I bought Jason a card and Ghiardelli (sp) chocolate...now who do you think that was REALLY for. I had the most fun buying Valentines for Hannah and Jacob. I found these cute little mail boxes at Target for $1 and filled them with goodies.
We had a big celebration at work....WINGS and THINGS!
All in all a GREAT Valentine's Day.

My V'Day was pretty strange. I saw my hubby before work, but then went to my Dad's after work to see his new flooring that was installed on Wednesday. Jim was working late, so Mal and I spent the nite at Dad's.
QUESTION: Why is Sonny's better on Saturday nite???
